Roads-appear lighter due to the materials higher heat capacityNatural and Man Made Vegetation- the vegetation's heat absorption depends on the moisture content and whether or not the vegetaion has been watered or if rainfall activity was present.
Sidewalks and Patios: Heat capacity and color in the image is similar to Roads.
Storage Sheds in back yards: darker color is indicative of a low heat absorption rate.
Automobiles: Car materials similar to shed except the hot spots over the running/previously running engines.
Bright spots on many of the roof tops- kitchen exhaust vents will appear lighter on roof due to the heat rising out of it.
